先生安慰我：幸好孩子过两岁了。当当一直吃的那种奶粉，现在0—24个月阶段的，逛遍法兰克福都买不着了。幸之又幸的是，过了春节，当当上了幼儿园，不再吃婴幼儿奶粉了。

作为母亲，只要有一点可能，我都不打算选择哪怕自己有一点点怀疑的奶粉。
“我国的婴幼儿配方乳粉产品标准与国际接轨，是根据中国人体质和健康需要制定，符合中国宝宝的健康需要,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]。”刘美菊说，而在国外购买的产品是根据外国人健康需要制定的，不一定符合中国宝宝，如果过度依赖国外进口奶粉，不一定能满足中国婴幼儿的营养需求。
新的生产许可审查条件在企业自主检验能力方面，增加了三聚氰胺等必备检测设备，要求企业要按照食品安全国家标准对全项目进行检验。婴幼儿配方乳粉的企业自检项目超过60项，对购入的生乳和原料乳粉，企业也要批批进行三聚氰胺检验。
经与家人商量，大家认为应理智地等有关部门的检测结果出来再说。日子就在被动等待的焦急心情中，无比漫长地熬着过，天天上网查找相关的最新消息。最终，问题得到澄清，我的心终于放下了。
在位于法国的欧洲乳清公司，工作人员带领我们用3天时间，看到了宝宝吃的奶粉的源头——牧场、乳清工厂，真正“零距离”接触奶牛及其生长环境、加工储存运输过程等，奶牛吃草、产奶过程的一幕一幕，在我心中奠定了信任的基石。
这位负责人坦陈，做婴幼儿乳粉并不难，全世界的婴幼儿乳粉配方基本一致,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]。“目前国内许多企业设备一流，全部进口，生产线电脑控制，全程无人无尘无污染，洁净度达到制药企业的要求。产品批批检测，是可以放心的。”
2010年8月的一天，突然看到一条吓人的消息：“某国产婴幼儿奶粉疑致女婴性早熟”。这让我急得像热锅上的蚂蚁团团转，再联想到宝宝打小个子就稍高，是不是与这有关？这着实吓到了我和老公，赶紧打电话让宝宝奶奶抱去医院检查。几天后检查结果出来了，一切正常，让我心中一块大石头落了地。
中国乳制品工业协会负责人表示——
2008年三聚氰胺事件发生后，尽管企业在奶源建设、硬件设备、质量控制等方面做了大量改进，但对国产婴幼儿奶粉质量的质疑却从来没断过。
“为了对消费者负责，也为了企业的生存，再过两三年，国产婴幼儿乳粉的原料将百分百来自国外。”这位负责人说，他的企业已在法国建设年产10万吨婴幼儿乳粉生产厂，国内10万吨生产线的原料也全部来自国外,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]。“所以我敢说,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]，我们的婴幼儿乳粉质量跟国外品牌是一样的,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]，完全值得信赖。我自己的儿子就是吃我生产的国产乳粉长大的。”
为何质检部门的检验会有1%不合格？要知道1%的乳粉对应的是全国10余万婴幼儿啊！对社会上的此种质疑,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]，这位负责人首先强调，这1%的产品或被及时召回或未出厂，都未危及消费者。同时他指出，不合格不等于有毒有害，要看是什么项目不合格。拿检验结果对照标准可以看出，不合格指标都是微量元素含量的波动。如果工艺水平高，是可以做到微量元素含量稳定均衡的。不达标的一般都是设备和技术水平相对较低的小型企业。
2012年春节，先生从德国出差回来。我发现，带回的奶粉中夹杂了不少其他品牌，觉得很奇怪。先生说，在德国呆了半个月，天天逛各种超市，只找到了这些。
这位负责人说,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]，现在超市里买到的国产婴幼儿乳粉就是放心产品，消费者对于国外大品牌声称的有益智力及身体发育的各种概念，应该理性。“拿我的产品跟任何一家国外产品对比，我都信心十足。”这位负责人肯定地表示，真正负责任的企业是热烈欢迎严格监管的，建议有关监管部门可以做对比试验，让消费者实实在在看到国内外婴幼儿乳粉到底有无差异、差异在哪儿，明明白白告诉消费者，哪些国产婴幼儿乳粉是放心的，让消费者用理性的消费行为，在乳粉企业中展开充分的市场竞争，还婴幼儿乳粉一个清晰、清白、真切的形象。

不打算选择哪怕自己有一点点怀疑的奶粉——
为了增加广大消费者对国产品牌的信心，自2011年起，中国乳制品工业协会在行业实施“月月抽检计划”，即每月委托国家乳制品质量监督检验中心对各省会城市的超市、商场和正规专卖店销售的配方乳粉随机采样。检验的指标包括：理化指标4项：蛋白、脂肪、碳水化合物、乳糖占总碳水化合物总量比；污染指标4项：硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐、铅、黄曲霉毒素M1；微生物指标5项：菌落总数、大肠菌群、金黄色葡萄球菌、阪崎肠杆菌、沙门氏菌；非法添加物2项：三聚氰胺、皮革水解物；风险监测指标1项：汞。上述指标都是消费者十分关注的、且在生产加工中容易出问题的指标。

（二）2010年，质检总局修订了《企业生产婴幼儿配方乳粉许可条件审查细则》，并按照新细则对婴幼儿配方乳粉生产企业进行了重新审定,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]。2011年3月底，全国乳制品及婴幼儿配方乳粉企业生产许可重新审核工作全部结束。全国145家婴幼儿配方乳粉企业中,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]，有114家通过审核。未通过审核的31家生产企业被注销了生产许可证，不得再生产婴幼儿配方乳粉。
